Description CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Schedule: Wednesday - Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

* High volume Inbound call center responds to Calls and Emails from TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods and TJMAXX.com customers in the United States
* Quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns, complaints and requests, via Phone, Email and Mail during extended business hours
* Interacts with stores, internal management, eCommerce contacts and other departments as necessary to resolve issues
* Document all information into the customer service database
* Work on offline projects as assigned and monitor Social Media sites
* THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN FRAMINGHAM, MA BUT WILL BE RELOCATING TO MARLBOROUGH, MA, IN THE FALL of 2013
* 2 or more years of retail customer service experience and/or a call center environment is required
* Experience with Social Media moderating and/or posting on behalf of a company
* Must have strong communication skills, typing skills and pay excellent attention to detail
* Requires effective business writing skills and strong verbal communication skills
* Bilingual skills are a plus
* In addition to working weekends, Holidays may also be required
* High School Diploma or equivalent
