We currently have the following position available:
Responsibilities
• Compliance with state, local and federal laws and company policy.
• Recruitment for hourly and salary associates.
• Supports Associate Relations & Labor Relations by administering and advising all levels of associates on company policies, procedures, union contract administration, and benefit programs.
• Ensures the effective training and development of supervisors and associates on the floor.
• Conducts new hire orientations as needed.
• Support Payroll and Leave of Absence administration
• Supports Safety and Wellness programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience
• 2-4 years experience in Human Resources
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule
• Knowledge of HRIS Systems preferred
• Ability to lead and influence others
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills with Microsoft applications Word and Excel.
