We currently have the following position available: Regional Investigations Manager - National Task Force Responsiblities: Manage 6-10 investigations professionals. Manage and execute National Task Force activities, develop prosecution strategies to resolve high level external fraud investigations. Partner with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to prosecute all external fraud activity within assigned area. Support company values; Customer Service, Open Door, Diversity, Safety and Legal Relations. Develop staffing plan; recruit, interview and hire National Task force staff. Provide training to ensure technical and professional development of staff.
Requirements:
Minimum two years loss prevention management experience in a retail setting.
A proven knowledge of progressive Loss Prevention methods and shrink strategies.
Proven staff development skills.
Proven investigations and interviewing skills. Wicklander-Zulawski certification a strong plus.
The ability to travel extensively
Private Investigations experience a plus
